Your appointments are very important to us at Salon Serenity and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes you will need to reschedule an appointment. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours of notice for cancelations. Please understand that when you cancel with less then 24 hours notice, we miss the opportunity to schedule another guest.

Cancellations or missed appointments without a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of service scheduled for.
